Summer Surf School

Surf School BHI-style

Ready to hang ten this summer? Learn the ins and outs of the board at Surf School. Our seasoned lifeguard- and CPR/First Aid-certified instructors know BHI and its waters very well. Most important of all, they are stoked about surfing and want to share their love for the sport and this island with others–both children and adults. Our no more than a three-to-one student/teacher ratio, hands-on care, and comprehensive surf methodology have helped surfers of all ages, beginners to advanced, find their joy riding our BHI waves.

More than just catching waves, our program is all about catching a passion for what the water means and how it fits into the spectacular landscape and beauty of BHI. Along with surfing fundamentals, these fun lessons include ocean safety, surf etiquette, and plenty of board time. Ready for an off-the-hook experience? Ride the wave to lifelong learning and explore our island paradise from the surfboard!
